In order to reduce the residual heat on the surface of capstan generated by the drawn wires, inner wall is equipped with cooling spray device. All dies are immersed in water to reduce the working temperature of dies. The pulley wire drawing machine has the following invention and utility patents: ‘Upper guide roller device’, ‘Damper stripper device’, ‘Double side low speed spindle’, ‘Lifting pulley structure’, ‘Dry drawing box part’, ‘Gearbox part’, etc.
